🩷Why do you love cheer?
I cheer because it’s how my heart says hello to the world.
When I cheer, I get to turn excitement into energy, nerves into confidence, and togetherness into something you can feel.
I cheer for the connection—counting out loud, trusting my teammates, lifting each other up (sometimes literally!)and knowing we’ve got each other’s backs no matter what. Cheer reminds me that I’m stronger when I’m part of something bigger than myself.
I cheer because it gives me purpose. Every chant, every stunt, every smile has a reason—to spark belief, to support a team, to remind someone in the crowd that they matter. Being that spark is my favorite role.
I cheer because it’s how I express who I am. The bows, the colors, the rhythm, the sparkle—it’s confidence in motion. It’s joy you don’t have to whisper.
I cheer because it teaches me that confidence is built, not borrowed. Through practice, mistakes, and trying again, cheer shows me that showing up counts just as much as standing out.
And most of all… I cheer because it makes me happy. The kind of happy that’s loud, hopeful, and contagious. The kind that says, you’ve got this—and I’ve got you too.
That’s why I cheer.
Because spirit is meant to be shared.

🩷A favorite cheer memory, big moment or funny story?
The very first cheer competition I ever went to, I wasn’t on the mat yet, I was in the stands, cheering my heart out for one of my friends who was an amazing cheerleader. We were both just kids, and stepping into that arena feltlike walking straight into a brand-new, sparkly world. I still remember my very first thought, loud and clear: I have never seen so much hair in my entire life! Bows, ponytails, curls flying everywhere, it was love at first cheer.
🩷One word that describes your cheer spirit: Sparkly
🩷Dream cheer goal?
My dream cheer goal is to keep spreading the sparkle, promoting and helping grow that amazing cheer spirit in others wherever I go. If I can help even one person feel more confident, more joyful, or more spirited, then my pom-poms are doing exactly what they’re meant to do
🩷Shout-out to teammates, coaches, or family?
A huge, sparkly shout-out to the rest of my Sparkle Squad, without you, I’d be nothing. You’re the heart, the hype, and the glitter behind every cheer, and I’m so lucky to shine alongside you.
